Getting Started
How do I request a quote?
Fill in our inquiry form on the Contact page with the product you need, required quantity, and destination port. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with pricing and availability.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. For aluminium ingots and copper cathodes, we typically work with container loads (18–22 MT). For bulk shipments, volumes start from 500 MT. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes. We welcome new trading relationships. We conduct standard due diligence on all new partners before confirming a trade, including business registration verification and KYC checks.
Quality & Inspection
How do you ensure product quality?
All shipments undergo independent third-party inspection by globally recognised agencies SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent at origin and/or destination. Inspection certificates are provided with all shipments.
What specifications do your products meet?
Products are traded against defined international specifications. For example, A7 aluminium ingots meet EN 576 / LME standards (99.7% purity). Full specification sheets are available on our product pages or on request.
Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
Sample availability depends on the product and supplier. Reach out to our team to discuss your requirements for many products we can arrange pre-shipment samples at the buyer's cost.
Logistics & Shipping
What shipping modes do you use?
We ship both bulk (break-bulk, bulk vessels) and containerized (20ft, 40ft containers), depending on the product type and order volume. Incoterms are agreed per trade typical terms include FOB, CIF, and CFR.
Which regions do you serve?
We primarily serve Asia (India, Southeast Asia), Africa (East & West Africa), and the Middle East (UAE, GCC). We can discuss other regions on a case-by-case basis.
What are typical lead times?
Lead times depend on product availability, inspection, and destination port. For in-stock material, loading typically begins within 2–4 weeks of contract execution. Transit times vary by route.
Payments & Documentation
What payment terms do you accept?
We work with Letters of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), and Documentary Collection (D/P). Specific terms are agreed per transaction and depend on relationship history and order size.
What documents are provided with each shipment?
Standard documentation includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, SGS/BV Inspection Certificate, and Material Test Certificate. Additional documents can be arranged on request.
Are transactions conducted in USD only?
USD is our primary trading currency. We can accommodate INR for India-based transactions in certain cases. Contact us to discuss your preferred currency arrangement.
